Union City could be facing the demise of the Union City Housing Authority, at least it its current location, Mayor Bryan Conklin told Union City, Ind., council members Monday.
“It could be the demise of the housing authority, or it could be taken over by the state,” the mayor said. “The bank rejected our offer. I talked to HUD in Indianapolis. We’re trying to move forward and get the situation resolved.”
