The 2021 LIVE2LEAD Randolph County event took place in the Towne Square Business & Community Centre on Friday, October 8th with over 75 people in attendance. Hosted by Randolph County United and Frank Miller Lumber, the morning began with a lively panel discussion with the Indiana Department of Agriculture’s Victoria Herring, Frank Miller Lumber President & CEO Steve James, Randolph Eastern School Superintendent Aaron Black and Matt Tarter of Tarter Realty, Auction & Appraisal. Following the panel’s performance the crowd moved to the live John Maxwell simulcast where renowned speakers shared their insights on leadership. 

After a lunch break the adults returned to the live simulcast while the high school attendees remained with State Representative J.D. Prescott, Monroe Central Principal David Retherford, East Central Service Center director Katie Lash, retired educator Cathy Stephen, Randolph County United’s Missy Williams and Randolph Central Assistant Superintendent Julie Northcutt to share their ideas and aspirations on youth leadership in Randolph County, Indiana.
