Westfall Arrested on Warrants
Dustin Westfall, of Union City, Ohio was arrested again by the Union City Ohio Police Department, this time for a warrant on an original charge of receiving stolen property.
He was also booked on being a Fugitive from Justice for having an out of state Felony warrant for his arrest.
Chief Ater stated, “Westfall has been arrested multiple times on multiple felony charges by our agency in the past several years. Hopefully, for the communities sake, Westfall gets incarcerated in jail for more than just a few short days. Our agency is continually using valuable resources to continue to arrest the same people over and over again. For the communities sake, hopefully the justice system will step up to the plate and deal with Westfall a little more harsh this time!”

Huston Arrested for Aggravated Burglary
On February 15, 2021, officers of the Union City Ohio Police Department were dispatched to the 300 block of S. Sycamore Street, in reference to a female that enter into a house and assaulted the residents.
During the investigation it was found that Natalie Huston entered into an apartment without permission. Upon entering into the apartment, Huston assaulted two female occupants and caused damage to multiple items inside the residence. Prior to leaving it as found that Huston also stole cash from one of the occupants of the residence.
Huston was later located at her apartment in Knollwood Commons. Huston was placed under arrest and was booked into the Darke County Sheriff’s Jail. Huston was preliminarily charged with Aggravated Burglary. This case will be presented to the Darke County Grand Jury for further charges.
