Inez Clevenger turn 102

Union City resident Inez Clevenger, who turns 102 years old this week, shares her memoirs and some homemade crafts with friends and family.

The simple life has sustained Union City resident Inez Clevenger for 102 years. Simple does not mean docile. Her philosophy for staying alive so long, has been her busyness. Even today, she has a gamut of hobbies, which includes gardening, painting, poetry, designing her own greeting cards and jewelry, baking bread and making soup. Most of all, she likes to share her talents with friends, family and strangers.

    With a strong voice, strong mind, strong values and a good memory, the centenarian-plus was enlightening as she reminisced about her long life.
