Philip A. Howell of Winchester has been elected as a delegate to the 134rd Annual American Angus Association Convention of Delegates on Nov. 6 at the Fort Worth Convention Center in Fort Worth, Texas.

   Howell, a member of the American Angus Association with headquarters in Saint Joseph, Mo., is one of 331 Angus breeders who have been elected by fellow members in their state to serve as a representative at the annual meeting.

  Cortney Hill-Dukehart Cates of Modoc has been elected as an alternate delegate.
