NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a Decree to me directed from the Clerk of the
Randolph Circuit Court, State of Indiana, in Cause No. 68CO 1-1811-MFOO 1077, wherein Thrive Federal Credit Union, was the Plaintiff, and Aaron
C. Shawver, was/were the Defendant(s), requiring me to take the sums as
provided for in said Decree, with interest and costs, I will expose at public
sale to the highest bidder on the 16th day of July, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at
the following location:
Randolph County Sheriff’s Office located at 155 E. South St., Winchester,
Indiana
the fee simple of the whole body of the following described real estate
located in Randolph County, Indiana.
Beginning 33 feet South of the Southwest corner of Lot Numbered 5 in
Block 2 in the Town of Ridgeville, and running thence South 100 feet;
thence East 145 feet; thence North 100 feet to the South line of Orchard
Street; thence West 145 feet to the place of beginning, being and lying
in Section 12, Township 21 North, Range 13 East in Randolph County,
Indiana.

More commonly known as: 403 S Walnut St, Ridgeville, Indiana 47380
Together with rents, issues, income, and profits, and without relief from
valuation or appraisement laws.
