NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk
of Randolph Superior Court of Randolph County, Indiana, in Cause No.:
68D01-1811-MF-001076, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, was
Plaintiff, and Estate of Michael Lee Smith, was/were Defendant(s), requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and
cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 16th day of
July, 2019, at the hour of 10:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as is possible,
at 155 E. South Street, Winchester, IN 47394, the fee simple of the whole
body of Real Estate in Randolph County, Indiana.
Lot # 5 in Arba, Greensfork Township, Randolph County, Indiana.
Being the same property as conveyed by Deed recorded in Volume 239,
Page 190 of the Randolph County, Indiana Records.
ALSO:
Lot Number One (1) in the Town of Arba, more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of Section
Thirty-four (34), Township Sixteen (16) North, Range One (1) West, running
thence East Eleven (11) Poles and Ten (10) Links; thence South Four (4)
Poles; thence West Eleven (11) Poles and Ten (10) Links; thence North
Four (4) Poles to the place of beginning, containing Forty (40) Square
Poles, more or less.

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be
made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
