NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree directed to me from the Clerk of
the Circuit Court of Randolph County, Indiana, in Cause No. 68C01-1903MF-000166, wherein First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation was the Plaintiff,
and Amanda M. Brumbaugh a/k/a Amanda M. Vinson; Med-1 Solutions,
LLC; Reid Hospital & Health Care Services, Inc.; and Capital One Bank
(USA), N.A. were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided
for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the
highest bidder, on August 13, 2019 at the hour of 10:00 a.m. of said day, at
155 East South Street, Winchester, IN, the fee simple of the whole body of
Real Estate in Randolph County, Indiana:
A PART OF OUTLOT NO. 2 IN THE SOUTHWEST SQUARE OF THE TOWN,
NOW CITY OF WINCHESTER, INDIANA DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING 3-1/2 RODS WEST OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF
SAID OUTLOT NO. 2; THENCE 1/2 RODS; THENCE SOUTH 10 RODS;
THENCE WEST 2 EAST 2-1/2 RODS; THENCE NORTH 10 RODS TO THE
PLACE OF BEGINNING.

Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be
made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. This is an attempt
