NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the
Superior Court of Randolph County, Indiana, in Cause No. 68D01-1901MF-000030, wherein Wayne Bank and Trust Co. was plaintiff and Jackie R.
Meadors, Jr., et. al., were the defendants, requiring me to make the sum as
provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale
to the highest bidder, on the 16th day of July, 2019, at the hour of 10:15 a.m.
or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 155 E. South Street, Winchester IN
47394, the fee simple of the whole body of real estate in Randolph County,
Indiana:
Commencing 42 rods 12 feet and 10 inches west and 213 feet south of the
northeast comer of the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of section
34, township 19 north, range 14 east, for a beginning point; thence running
south 151 1/2 feet; thence running east 13 rods, 12 feet and 10 inches;
thence running north 61 1/2 feet to the north line of the real estate previously
conveyed to Richard W Martin, et ux; thence running west 93 feet; thence
running north 90 feet; thence west 8 rods, 2 feet and 10 inches to the place
of beginning; EXCEPT, beginning 29 rods west and 213 feet south of the
northeast comer of the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of section
34, township 19 north, range 14 east; thence west 160.25 feet to a point of
beginning; thence west 67.25 feet to an established corner; thence south
along the established boundary line 151.5 feet more or less to the north
line of a public driveway; thence eastwardly along the north side of said
driveway 69.25 feet; thence northwardly 151.5 feet more or less to the place
of beginning, ALSO EXCEPT, Beginning 29 rods west and 213 feet south
of the northeast comer of the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter
of section 34, township 19 north, range 14 east; thence west 93 feet to a
point of beginning; thence south 151.5 feet more or less to the north line of
a public driveway; thence westwardly 69.25 feet to a point 69.25 feet east of
the southwest comer of the original Dennison real estate, thence north 151.5
feet more or less to the north line of the said Dennison real estate, at a point
67.25 feet east of the northwest comer of the original Dennison real estate;
thence east 67.25 feet to the place of beginning.

Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be
without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
