NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of
the Superior Court of Randolph County, Indiana, in Cause No. 68D011812-MF-001131, wherein Quicken Loans Inc. was Plaintiff, and Gregory J.
Huntwork a/k/a Gregory Jason Huntwork, Danielle N. Huntwork, Mortgage
Solutions of Colorado, LLC and State of Indiana through its Department of
Revenue, were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided
for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the
highest bidder, on the 13th day of August, 2019 , at 10:00 A.M. of said day,
at the 155 E. South St., Winchester, IN 47394, the fee simple of the whole
body of Real Estate in Randolph County, Indiana:
One Hundred Thirty (130) feet off of the west end of Lot Number Two Hundred Seventy-two (272); ALSO, the following part of Lot Numbered Two Hundred Seventy-four (274), commencing at the northeast corner of said Lot
Number Two Hundred Seventy-four (274); thence south on the east line, 18
feet; thence westward in a direct line to the northwest corner of said Lot, except 55 feet off of the east end of the above described part of Lot Numbered
Two Hundred Seventy-four (274), all in the original plat of the City of Union
City, Indiana.

and commonly known as: 428 N Howard St, Union City, IN 47390.
Subject to all liens, encumbrances, rights of redemption, easements and restrictions of record not otherwise foreclosed and extinguished in the proceedings known as Cause # 68D01-1812-MF-001131 in the Superior Court of the
County of Randolph Indiana, and subject to all real estate taxes, and assessments currently due, delinquent or which are to become a lien.
Said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
The Purchaser shall have no further recourse against the Mortgagor, the
Mortgagee, or the Mortgagee's Attorney.
