NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk
of Randolph Superior Court of Randolph County, Indiana, in Cause No.
68D01-1903-MF-000209 wherein Second National Bank, Division of The
Park National Bank was Plaintiff, and Jimmy R. Horsley and Pacesetter
Bank were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in
said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest
bidder, on the 13th day of August, 2019, at the hour of 10:15 a.m., or as soon
thereafter as is possible, at 155 East South Street, Winchester, IN 47394, the
fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Randolph County, Indiana.
Lot Numbered Three Hundred Twenty-three (323) in the Original Plat
of Union City, as the same is known, numbered and designated on the
recorded plat of said city.
More commonly known as 327 N Walnut St., Union City, IN 47390-1338
Parcel No.: 68-02-25-431-079.000-019
Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be
made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
