Ensemble 4.1 is returning to the Portland Center of Arts Place on Saturday, February 8th at 7:30 pm! This is a much-anticipated performance after last year’s concert was cancelled due to poor weather. Ensemble 4.1 is a group of four wind soloists and one pianist that have dedicated their performances to bringing new life into rare or undiscovered compositions. The Virginia Gazette called them “a breath of fresh air.”  The Washington Post praised their “unassailable musicianship.”

Tickets to see this long-awaited ensemble can be purchased online at artsland.org, over the phone at 260-426-4809, or in person at 131 E. Walnut Street in Portland, Indiana. Advance tickets can be purchased at $20 per adult and $12 per student. Tickets will be available at the door for the price of $23 per adult and $13 per student. To learn more, visit artsland.org!

These activities are made possible, in part, with support from the Community Foundation of Randolph County, the Portland Foundation, the Indiana Arts Commission, and the National Endowment for the Arts, a federal agency.
