Colts' block party,
downtown Winchester
A group of downtown Winchester businesses will sponsor a block party to celebrate the Indianapolis Colts going to the Super Bowl. The Colts' Super Bowl Block Party is Feb. 3 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. downtown Winchester. The public is welcome to attend.
Franklin Street will be blocked off between Main and Meridian. The celebration will include free food, music and a prize for the fan with the best Colts'-themed costume.
"It will be an old-fashioned tailgate party with free food and fun," said co-organizer Rich Collins.
The tailgate party is sponsored by: The Antique Vault; Webb Jewellers; Travel Times/Quello Bello Spa; Matchett and Ward Insurance; Reed's Hardware; Edward Jones Investments; and Towne Square Cinema and Cafe.

Delts to have
carry out dinner
Union City's Delta Theta Tau will have a carry out barbecue chicken dinner 12 noon to 2 p.m., Sunday, February 11. The cost is $6. Use the North Side Elementary School entrance. Tickets are available from any Delt member or at Lions Paint Store.
Greenville Guild
to present art
workshop in UC
The Greenville Art Guild will offer an art workshop at the Railroad Depot in Union City on Saturday, February 17. Pat Rayman, who works mostly in watercolor, will do a morning demonstration and workshop. Barbara Sailor, who works in watercolor, oil, acrylic and mixed media, will do an afternoon demonstration and workshop. Sailor particularly likes to combine watercolor with pastels and colored pencils.
